Grace Gudenkauf

Founder & CEO
Grace is born & raised in Swisher, Iowa. Along with her partner, Brandt, she started her first rehab project during the cold Iowa winter for something to keep busy with. Since then she has fallen in love with improving the community one home at a time. In her spare time you will catch her doing anything outdoors, reading and being an extremely mediocre pickleball player.
Ethan Weirather

Project Manager
Ethan works hands-on with all projects, networking and providing site plans with contractors while keeping a grasp on our property management system. He views real estate as more of a hobby than a job but in his downtime, he loves to go to the gym where he helps others achieve goals as a personal trainer, or spend time with his girlfriend and their dog Pongo!
Charlie Gudenkauf

Head of Maintenance
Charlie is known as the guy who can fix anything. He was born in Swisher Iowa where he also raised three girls and always had his hands in a project (or five). During his free time he can either be found tinkering in his shop or playing basketball.
